Accuracy is a range, not a number

A phone reporting three metres is describing a probability, not a guarantee. The true position sits somewhere in a circle, and that circle grows under trees and beside walls.

Measure the same boundary on two different days and compare. The spread between your own results is the most honest accuracy figure you will get.
