Terms of Service
By installing or using MapLab Survey ("the app") or visiting maplabtech.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain. If anything is unclear, write to maplabtech@gmail.com.
1. The app is free
MapLab Survey is free to download and use on iOS and Android. There are no tiers, no paywalls and no feature locks today. We may introduce optional paid features for teams or enterprises in the future, but anything available today will stay free.
2. Use the app at your own risk
MapLab Survey is a measurement tool. The accuracy of any measurement depends on your phone's GPS, the basemap, the coordinate system in use and your own choices. We do our best to make the math correct, but:
- You are responsible for verifying any measurement that matters legally, financially or for safety.
- The app is not a substitute for licensed land surveying where the law requires one.
- We provide the app "as is," without warranty of any kind.
3. Your data, your rights
All measurements, projects, photos and notes you create in the app belong to you. We don't claim any ownership over your data. You can export everything in open formats (KML, KMZ, DXF, GeoJSON, CSV, TXT) at any time. Cloud sync (if you enable it) is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
- Resell, rent, sublicense or rebrand the app.
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local regulation.
- Abuse our cloud sync infrastructure (e.g. automated mass uploads).
5. Third-party services
The app integrates with third-party services (Apple Maps, OpenStreetMap, ESRI basemaps, Apple Sign-in, Google Sign-in). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
The MapLab Tech name, the MapLab Survey app, the website design, our logo and the source code are owned by MapLab Tech. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapLab Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the app or the site — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data or surveying errors. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the app (which is zero).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will change and we'll announce the change in the app on next launch. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. We can also suspend access if you breach these terms, although we'll always try to write to you first if it's possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ankara, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Kullanım Koşulları
MapLab Survey'i ("uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak ya da maplabtech.com'u ("site") ziyaret ederek bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Sade tutmaya çalıştık. Bir yer net değilse maplabtech@gmail.com adresine yaz.
1. Uygulama ücretsizdir
MapLab Survey, iOS ve Android'de indirilmesi ve kullanılması ücretsizdir. Bugün için kademe, ödeme duvarı veya özellik kilidi yoktur. Gelecekte ekip veya kurumsal kullanım için isteğe bağlı ücretli özellikler ekleyebiliriz, ancak bugün mevcut olan her şey ücretsiz kalacak.
2. Uygulamayı kullanma sorumluluğu sana aittir
MapLab Survey bir ölçüm aracıdır. Herhangi bir ölçümün doğruluğu telefonunun GPS'ine, altlık haritaya, kullanılan koordinat sistemine ve senin tercihlerine bağlıdır. Matematiği doğru yapmak için elimizden geleni yapıyoruz, ancak:
- Yasal, finansal veya güvenlik açısından önem taşıyan ölçümleri doğrulamaktan sen sorumlusun.
- Uygulama, yasaların gerektirdiği yerlerde lisanslı arazi ölçümünün yerine geçmez.
- Uygulamayı "olduğu gibi" sunuyoruz, hiçbir garanti vermeden.
3. Verilerin sana aittir
Uygulamada oluşturduğun tüm ölçümler, projeler, fotoğraflar ve notlar sana aittir. Verin üzerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmiyoruz. Her şeyi açık formatlarda (KML, KMZ, DXF, GeoJSON, CSV, TXT) dilediğin zaman dışa aktarabilirsin. Bulut senkronizasyonu (eğer açarsan) Gizlilik Politikamıza tabidir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı şunlar için kullanma:
- Tersine mühendislik, derlemeyi çözmek veya kaynak kodu çıkarmaya çalışmak.
- Uygulamayı satmak, kiralamak, alt lisanslamak veya yeniden markalamak.
- Yasa dışı amaçlar veya yerel mevzuat ihlalleri.
- Bulut senkronizasyon altyapımızı kötüye kullanmak (örn. otomatik toplu yüklemeler).
5. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Uygulama üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle entegre çalışır (Apple Maps, OpenStreetMap, ESRI altlıkları, Apple ile Giriş, Google ile Giriş). Bu hizmetleri kullanman, kendi koşullarına da tabidir.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
MapLab Tech adı, MapLab Survey uygulaması, web sitesi tasarımı, logomuz ve kaynak kod MapLab Tech'e aittir. Uygulama sana lisanslanır, satılmaz.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, MapLab Tech uygulamayı veya siteyi kullanmandan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya özel zararlardan — kâr kaybı, veri kaybı veya ölçüm hataları dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere — sorumlu değildir. Herhangi bir doğrudan zarardan dolayı toplam sorumluluğumuz, bize uygulama için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır (yani sıfır).
8. Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yaparsak, üstteki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştirir ve uygulamanın bir sonraki açılışında duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
9. Sonlandırma
Uygulamayı istediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve silebilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal edersen erişimi de askıya alabiliriz, ancak mümkünse önce sana yazmaya çalışırız.
10. Geçerli hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklar, yerel tüketici hukuku aksini gerektirmedikçe Ankara mahkemelerinde çözülür.
