A parcel line shifting on a phone does not automatically mean the parcel is wrong. Data source, transformation, basemap and GPS accuracy all matter.

Do not decide from imagery alone

Satellite imagery may look clear, but that does not mean every pixel is positioned with centimetre accuracy. Imagery offset, old acquisition dates, shadows, seasonal field marks or old occupation lines can easily be confused with parcel boundaries.
